John, owner of Asili Coffee was a very informative and welcoming at the Asili headquarters in Akuapem which sits to the north and high above Accra.
He showed us the test garden out back, which allowed for a stunning view of the coffee farms many miles in the distance and the coffee roaster.
The word asili in Kiswahili means origin.
